For US Returns:
You may return Vision Alive supplements within 30 days from the date of purchase for a refund of the product price only (shipping fees are non-refundable), less the processing and handling fees ($2). Refund request must be sent in writing by email to

VisionAlive.net is not be responsible for the cost of shipping and handling on returned items.
The cost of return shipping is the responsibility of the customer. VisionAlive.net will only pay for the cost of return shipping plus refund the original cost of shipping if the return was a result of our error:
We make every effort to safely secure and ship your order, but understand that, on rare occasion, merchandise can be damaged in transit. If you feel that your order was damaged during delivery, report it immediately to the customer support team who will organize return of the damaged merchandise and an immediate reissue of the order. We are not responsible for lost or stolen merchandise, however our customer support team will attempt to assist you to locate lost packages whenever possible. Stolen packages should be reported to the police as soon as possible.
All items should be returned in their original product packaging. We cannot accept returns that are not in the original product package. VisionAlive.net reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to reject any return that does not comply with these requirements.

3-bottles special offer
For customers who have purchased in bulk order of 3 bottles of Vision Alive, for any refund, our company will only refund if you return at least 2 remaining unopened bottle back to Vision Alive. Please return the opened bottle too. We will also deduct the full shipping and handling cost from the refund. If the shipping and handling cost was offered at a discount, the total shipping cost will be deducted from the refund as well.
For the 2 unopened bottles, the following conditions must be fulfilled:
• Product must be unused, clean and not damaged
• Original packaging and materials intact
6-bottles special offer
For customers who have purchased in bulk order of 6 bottles of Vision Alive, for any refund, our company will only refund if you return at least 5 remaining unopened bottles back to Vision Alive. Please return the opened bottle too. We will also deduct the full shipping and handling cost from the refund. If the shipping and handling cost was offered at a discount, the total shipping cost will be deducted from the refund as well.
For the 5 unopened bottles, the following conditions must be fulfilled:
• Product must be unused, clean and not damaged
• Original packaging and materials intact
Receiving a Refund
After we receive and process your return, we will refund your product or products.
This time period includes:
• 5 to 7 business days for us to receive your return from the shipper
• 12 to 14 business days for us to process your return
• The time it takes your bank to process our refund request (see below for specific guidelines)
We'll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we've received and processed the returned item.

International Return Policy Restrictions
If your order is returned to us as banned / restricted products, wrong address, or because no one was available to accept delivery, we will refund your credit card as follows: the amount of your order minus initial shipping charges as well as other charges we may incur due to the refusal, including but not limited to warehousing fees, quarantine fees, and returned shipping fees.
If a reship is requested, customer is responsible for the original cost of the shipment, including shipping charges.
If the shipping and handling cost was offered at a discount, the total shipping cost will be deducted from the refund as well.
For example, if the international customer is offered an upgrade of shipping method to a USPS (with tracking link) which cost $60, and customer only paid $14.90. Additional $45.10 will be deducted from the total refund should the customer requires a refund.
Example - Total amount paid $200 for 4 Vision Alive + $14.90 shipping
Upgrade of shipping - $45.10
Refund amount - $200 + $14.90 - $14.90 - $45.10 = $154.90.
